Oral Presentation

We are proud to announce that Michele represented BBHORT at the I International Symposium on Protected Cultivation, Nettings, and Screens for Mild Climates. During the event, Michele presented the first results of our project through a talk titled "Exploring the interactive effects of biostimulants and biopesticides". The presentation focused on the synergistic use of biostimulants and biopesticides to improve sustainability and productivity in organic tomato farming, highlighting the innovative approaches being tested in the project.

Scientific Interventions

Demonstrating a strong commitment to bridging the gap between research and industry, members of the BBHORT project played a prominent role in the conference, 'From research to harvest: new multifunctional biostimulants for horticulture.' The event, held at the Department of Agriculture in Portici, featured a keynote presentation by BBHORT's Prof. Youssef Rouphael. He presented the latest findings on the use of biostimulants, sharing crucial results from the BBHORT project directly with the scientific and industrial community to drive innovation.
